Questions you may have

About the work

Most people who come here have done other things before. What's different is the depth of the lens and the willingness to follow what is actually happening—not just what is being reported. If previous work felt too surface-level, too advice-oriented, only talking or as though something important was always being left unaddressed, this work tends to reach it. You can read more in the approach section.
A session might begin with what you’d like to bring, and from there I follow what emerges — there's no single script. I may ask questions, offer suggestions, or invite you to explore something, including moving, making sounds, or expressing yourself in different ways. I pay attention to both what you say and what your body is expressing, so the session becomes a collaborative exploration of your experience rather than a predetermined plan. You can read the full walkthrough in the What happens in a session section.
I'm a trained facilitator who works with depth, somatic experiences, and processes. This is not therapy and I'm not a licensed psychotherapist. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
AI can be a helpful tool for reflection and insight, but it lacks the human presence and attunement that is essential for deep personal work. In our sessions, we focus on your lived experience, emotions, and bodily sensations, and other somatic aspects which AI may not fully help with. The work we do together can be a complement to your AI-assisted self-exploration, providing a more holistic approach to personal growth and self-understanding. You can also read more on the What I offer page.
Though I watch your body's responses, and slow down when its necessary, I don't see this as managing body symptoms to 'feel better' or dampening your responses so we can keep talking through things. We go beyond the regulating and/or cathartic body-based work. We seek to unfold the intelligence of the body. Also, sessions are online and I don't use touch or physical manipulation. I mainly follow what your body wants to do rather than directing it. You can always say no and refuse to do any activity if it doesn't feel right and I fully support that. You have full agency over the work we do together. My approach focuses on helping you connect with your body's wisdom and experience, rather than addressing symptoms. You can also read more in the approach section.
This is one of the most common reasons people find their way here. Often work has stayed at the cognitive level—understanding without embodiment. If insight has developed but patterns persist, a somatic and parts-based approach can reach what insight alone has not.
No. Many people arrive with a general sense that something is not quite right—that they are managing well but not living fully, or that reading or talking about it has not helped, and that they keep bumping into the same ceiling. The work begins wherever you are.

Logistics

It has a lot to do with your readiness. Your psyche may be ready to go deep and make a shift in the first few sessions, or it may take months or years. The work is not about speed; it is about depth. A meaningful arc typically may take longer; we discuss pacing together and revisit it as we go.
For most people, meeting weekly is the most effective container, particularly in the beginning. Biweekly is possible, though it can slow the process significantly. If you're experiencing intense processing, closer sessions may support you better. We discuss what makes sense for your situation.
The process does not stop when the hour ends. You may notice dreams, reactions, memories, or bodily sensations surfacing. You do not need to manage or figure them out; simply noticing is enough. And bringing it to your next session if you wish.
I do not work directly with insurance providers. And I'm not a licensed therapist, so I cannot provide services that are covered by insurance.
Yes, packages are available for those who commit to a series of sessions. When you purchase a package you receive credits that you can then use when booking sessions. You need to login with the email you used to purchase the package. Please note that packages have a limited time frame for use, and sessions must be used within that time frame. Cancelling a session booked with a credit, will return the credit to your account for future use, as long as it is within the cancellation window. Please see the Packages page for more information.

Yes. This is what we can discuss during the intro call. I want to make this work accessible to those who need it, and we can find a way to make it work for you.
All sessions are online via video call and I work with people internationally. Currently no In-person sessions are available.
I ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the full session rate. If something significant happens, we discuss it. See the full Booking Policy for details.

Safety & fit

Deep work requires a certain baseline of stability. If you are currently experiencing suicidal ideation, crisis or are in an unsafe situation, the important first step is stabilizing support. Unfortunately, I'm not trained to provide the support that you seek and deserve.
This service is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological or emergency care. I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat mental-health conditions, or provide crisis or emergency support. It is not suitable, and I am not able to work, where a person is currently or has been dealing with:
  • suicidal thoughts or self-harm;
  • a diagnosed psychological or personality disorder requiring clinical care;
  • active addiction, or engagement in a recovery-treatment programme;
  • acute mental-health difficulty needing specialist support;
  • crisis situations, or post-crisis support;
  • being in physically unsafe environments;
  • any situation where there is a risk of harm to self or others;
  • any situation where there is a need for a level of care beyond my training and scope.
It is also not for anyone under 18. If I believe your needs fall outside what I can safely offer, I may suggest you seek support from a suitably qualified professional, and I may decline or end the work.
Fit matters significantly. If after a few sessions it becomes clear that a different practitioner or approach would serve you better, I will say so and support you in finding that. This is care, not failure.
Sometimes the work can bring up difficult feelings or memories. This is not uncommon, and it can be part of the process of change. If you feel worse after a session, please reach out to me. We can discuss what happened and how to support you in the next steps.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I aim to work safely and respectfully if difficult feelings or memories arise — not that this is a service for treating trauma. Exploring sensitive material, and somatic or experiential practices, can sometimes bring up strong emotional or physical responses. You are never required to disclose more than you choose, and your participation is always voluntary. At any time, and without needing to explain, you may ask questions, decline or stop an exercise, change direction, take a break, or end a session. Agreeing to take part in the service does not mean agreeing to any particular exercise, and you can withdraw consent at any point. If you have a medical condition that could affect your safety in movement- or breath-based practices, please seek medical advice before taking part.
I treat what you share as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious and immediate risk to your safety or someone else's — for example a risk of suicide, a risk to a child, or a risk of serious harm to another person. Where it is appropriate and safe to do so, I will talk to you before disclosing anything. As part of responsible practice I may discuss my work in professional supervision or consultation to receive feedback and provide a better care for you; where I do, I take reasonable steps to protect your identity.

If you're in crisis or need clinical support, this isn't the right service for you.
I'm not a licensed mental health or medical professional. I cannot provide the care you seek and deserve.
