Hi, I'm Rihanna

This work is about uncovering the intelligence of your body and living it.
We explore movement, sound, words, imagination, somatic sensations, feelings, and expression.
The approach is depth work, somatic, process-oriented, and UnShaming.

About the Approach
Embodiment

is knowing it in your body, not only in your head.

Insight can tell you what happened, and why. Embodiment is where it becomes something you can feel, hold and live.

We explore movement, sound, emotions, sensations and expression

A common experience

“ I know I do it and I know why.
I know the childhood roots of it.
But still, I please people!”

    Owning your no.

Process-Oriented Somatic Depth Work

What lives in your shadow is a powerful force that belongs to you.

I don't meet you with a pre-made answer to what an experience means. Instead, we stay curious and close enough to the experience for its own meaning and intelligence to emerge. By owning that you unleash its power.

  • Perhaps anxiety is pointing towards something that matters deeply to you.
  • Perhaps hatred is pointing at what you want to be dead and gone in your life.
  • Perhaps anger is the dragon that protects your boundaries and safety.
  • Perhaps jealousy is the fire of your desire to create what you don’t have.

Authenticity means embodying all that is you.

There is so much power in what you think you should hide.

This power is yours to own.
